Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

BudgetIQ is operated by Business Plan Software. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your order date and we will refund the subscription fee in full.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
  • Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email you purchased with, and request a refund directly from Paddle; or
  • Email us at billing@budgetiq.app with your order details and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after Paddle processes the refund.

After the 30-day window

Requests made after the 30-day window may still be considered where required by applicable consumer-protection law, or on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@budgetiq.app and we will assist.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time via paddle.net or from within the Service. Cancelling stops future renewals; a separate refund request is only needed if you also want a refund of a recent charge under this policy.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
